New connectors through the Independent Publisher connector program

As part of the new Independent Publisher connector program, you can view and use connectors to the following services: Airtable, HubSpot Marketing, Jira Search, and many more! The connectors do not require any downloads and are available directly within Power Automate, Power Apps, and Logic Apps as premium connectors.

Independent Publisher connectors are connectors developed, tested, published, and supported by connector developers that are independent from the end service or API. Independent Publishers include Microsoft employees, MVPs, developers, and other community members focused on helping the community make the best use of Microsoft Power Platform connectors. The primary goal of Independent Publisher connectors is to provide the opportunity for anyone to publish a connector to the official list of Microsoft connectors.

Validation

The Microsoft Certification team performs validations and checks to ensure that the connector is safe to use. We perform the following validations: security validation, swagger validation, verification of the endpoint, and other quality checks. Learn more about how we validate all our connectors here.

All connectors are licensed under the MIT license.

User Experience within Power Automate

You can search for the connector like any other connector. All Independent Publisher connectors have the same icon and have an “(Independent Publisher)” label within their title.

View the publisher, statement about Independent Publisher connectors, connector overview, last updated date, link to the documentation, and GitHub repository. Once you hit “Accept,” you can use this connector anytime.

You can learn more about the connector by viewing the dedicated connector page.

Support

Please note that the connector is provided “as is” and is not owned or supported by Microsoft or the end service. If you have any issues with the connector, please submit the issue directly in GitHub here.

In the next two weeks, we will be adding an “Submit an Issue” button to all Independent Publisher connector pages so that users will not have to go into GitHub. The experience will submit the issue on your behalf!
