We are thrilled to announce that Microsoft has been recognized as a Leader in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Process Mining Platforms**, an evaluation of 18 process mining vendors.

Our placement in the Leaders Quadrant, we feel, is a testament to customer sentiment and the robust capabilities of the Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining add-on.

The Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining add-on is a fusion of the former process advisor task mining and Minit process mining capabilities reimagined in the age of AI. The product’s strengths include advanced analytics, task mining, and generative AI, alongside Microsoft Copilot, that provides insights and recommendations through conversational experience.

The product roadmap includes providing a comprehensive view of processes by utilizing user data from Microsoft Graph, integrating with Microsoft Fabric, and further democratizing process insights in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft Power Platform products.

We extend our gratitude to our customers and partners for their trust and collaboration, which have been instrumental in achieving this milestone. Together, we will continue to bring process excellence that accelerates continuous improvements across organizations.
