Create Salesforce Leads from a Google Sheet

It's now very easy to create Salesforce leads. Whenever you add a new row to the Google Sheet you select, a lead will be created in Salesforce (and cleaned up from the sheet). You need to select a sheet that has columns headers in the first row for: First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone, and Email.
