Starting 2022 with the release of twenty-three new and updated connectors
February was an exciting month as we started 2022 by launching twenty-three new and updated connectors. The release included eleven new connectors and twelve updates, and all of these updates have been submitted by the owners of these APIs. Below are a few of the most significant updates.
Adobe PDF Services API brings a set of powerful cloud-based APIs to integrate multi-step document workflows into any application. Use document generation to create custom PDF documents from Word templates and JSON data. Extract text, tables and images from PDFs in a structured JSON to enable downstream solutions. Convert to PDF, export PDF to other formats, apply OCR, compress, linearize or protect PDFs, and also edit PDFs with tools like merge or split.
The latest update in the Adobe PDF Services connector adds the ability to extract all PDF document elements including text, tables, and images in a structured JSON file to enable downstream solutions. You can also classify text objects such as headings, and capture fonts, positioning, and the natural reading order of all objects. And with the Get PDF Properties Action, you can easily get the properties of any PDF document, such as size, page count and compliance level – these can help you automate decisions on whether to send documents for review, compress, and more.

Cognito Forms is an easy-to-use online form builder that enables you to create everything from simple surveys to complex registration forms – no code required. Use the connector to seamlessly integrate your Cognito Forms with services like SharePoint, Office 365 Outlook, and OneDrive.
This update offers several new automation capabilities, including the ability to: 1) update existing entries, 2) turn the form availability on or off, 3) retrieve generated documents, and 4) retrieve files that have been uploaded to your forms.
