Microsoft named a Leader and Positioned Furthest for Completeness of Vision in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Robotic Process Automation

For the third consecutive year, Microsoft has been named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Robotic Process Automation. This year Microsoft is positioned furthest in Completeness of Vision.

We would like to thank our millions of active users and community members using Power Automate who helped us create innovative solutions for them to do more with less.

Over the past year, engagement with our community, customers, partners, and developers has led to a multitude of new features that are helping more individuals, teams, and organizations automate business processes at scale.

We’ve continued our momentum by announcing the inclusion of our generative AI component, Copilot, within Power Automate. Additionally, we launched custom UI actions for Power Automate for desktop (PAD), added additional cloud API connectors in the desktop flow designer for RPA, released general availability for hosted RPA, and more.
