Flow of the Week: Handling form submissions from Typeform

This week we would like to highlight a post that was made by Robert Crane, here. This flow uses Typeform — Typeform is a service that allows you to build beautiful, engaging, and conversational online forms, surveys, quizzes, landing pages, and much more. You can follow the steps that Robert called out to build a flow from scratch, or you can create a flow from this template:

To use this flow you will need to provide the following information:

• Which Typeform form you would like to monitor for new responses.
• The To: address and the Body content for the email. In Robert's example, he uses data from the form in the email itself. That can allow you to customize the message that gets sent out to the recipient.
• The SharePoint site and list to create the items in. You may also want to pass data into other columns in the SharePoint list.

With this flow, in just a couple minutes, you will have been able to set up basic form processing for your online forms. With the power of flow, you could tailor this process to your own business needs. For example, if you want to send out different emails depending on a certain response from the user, you could add a condition to the flow.
